Returns & Exchange Policy

At Modan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached, along with the original invoice. Exchanges can be made at any Modan outlet within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of return. For online orders, customers will be responsible for courier charges (both ways) when requesting an exchange.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds.
Accessories and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Order Cancellations

Modan reserves the right to cancel orders under certain conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Item(s) being out of stock

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment declined by the issuing bank

  • Failure to respond to order confirmation from our customer care team
